Barcode Reading: Inspect barcodes to determine if they are readable. For all standard 1D and 2D barcodes.
Barcode Grade Verification: Barcode grade verification and grading for 1D and 2D barcodes according to ISO15416, ISO15415. (The verification results are for reference only.)
OCR/OVC: Optical Character Recognition (OCR) / Optical Character Verification (OCV) font inspection.
Number Validation: Validates number series, detects duplicates and sequence errors, matches variable numbers with external data files.
Data and Code Matching: Verify that data and human-readable information in multiple fields are correct.
Print Defect Inspection: Detects and marks any defects on labels, such as missing print, misalignment, distortion, ribbon wrinkles, or printhead failures.
Error Detection: When a problem label is detected, the system will trigger various alarm notifications, including printer pause, light flashing and beeping, on-screen error display, sending emails, and WeChat notifications.
RFID Label Inspection: With an optional RFID reading module, the system can verify the consistency of visible and encoded content on RFID labels.
Reporting: Record printing results and faulty items, validate human-readable data and information.
